Terms and Condition . . .

• Prices on our Website are the rental prices per property per week including
weekly change of towels and bedlinen, also your accomodation will be claened prior to your arrival.

• The price also includes normal use of electricity, water, gas for cooking and hot water, maintenance of the garden and swimmingpool.

• The swimmingpools are open from beginning of easter up to the end of october.

• The Jacuzzi Room in Finca El Cernícalo is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 h to 20:00 h.

• Arriving clients will have acces to the property from 16.00 hrs on the day
of arrival. Clients must vacate the accomodation by 10.00 hrs on the morning of departure.

• Office hours: 9-14h, 17-20h. (Monday - Saturday)

• Keys for the accomodation and Remote control for the main entrance will be given to you on arrival.

• Information of late arrival must be given on time.

• You will get a service telephonenumber to use in case of any inconvenance with your accomodation during your stay.

• Each accomodation has a private parking place.

• It is not allowed at any moment to exceed the maxima occupation of each property. Pets are not allowed at all.

• Heating of accomodation with central heating from 01/01/12 till easter and
from 31/10/12 till 31/12/12 is included in the price. Other dates 25 Euro per week.

• In case of leaving garbage behind in your accommodation we are obliged to charge you 25.00 Euro.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION:

Any cancellation by the client must be notiefied in writing to ANCA Conil.
If the notification of cancellation is received by ANCA Conil more then 30 days before

arrival the following charges apply: 20 % of total cost of your reservation.
30 - 15 days before arrival 50% of total cost of your reservation.
14 - 7 days before arrival 75% of total cost of your reservation.
7-0 days (No show) 100% ot total cost of your reservation.
