The respect for the environment and the maintenance of our surroundings is the basic concept of ANCA CONIL S.L. Therefore our systems are set up as follows:

• Energy saving light bulbs in 85 % of the lighting.
• Control system for the entire outside installation and special switch for the air conditioning.
• Electrical appliance with certificate A or A+.
• Own wastewater treatment plant and reuse of cutting grass.
• System for wastewater recovery.
• Recycling of furniture and household equipment in containers of an environment park.
• Use of organic fertilizer in the gardens and the orange grove.
• Use of cleaning products and plant protection with products which are environmentally friendly.

In addition to regular checks of the value PH all swimming pools are regularly controlled on content of chlorine and bromine.

We use only natural products for the delineation of the houses as stones, heather, hedges and plants and also the shadow places are installed accordingly instead of using artificial architectural elements.

We have introduced a system of clean energy and replaced the gas and electric heaters by a solar home system (photovoltaic cells).

We inform our customers with pleasure where the nearest recycling container is situated if that is desired.
