To make your stay as pleasant as possible we like to ask you to consider the following points:

• The prices are inclusive weekly change of towels and bed linen, maintenance of the swimming pools and the garden and energy costs.
• The swimming pools are open from Easter till end of October.
• The Jacuzzi in Finca El Cernicalo is open from Monday to Friday 09.00 h 0 20.00 h.
• The houses are available from 16.00 h the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10.00 h.
• If you arrive outside office hours we kindly ask you for timely information. Our office hours are from Monday to Saturday 09.00 h – 20.00 h.
• You receive a telephone service number for the case that unpredictable problems occur during your stay.
• Keys for the accommodation and remote control for the main entrance will be given to you on arrival.
• If you need children’s bed or chair we kindly ask you to order those when booking your accommodation.
• It is not allowed to exceed the maximum occupation of each accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed at all.
• Each accommodation has its one parking place.
• Accommodations with central heating will be heated from January till Easter and from end of October until end of December.
• If you leave garbage in you accommodation on the day of departure we have to charge a fee of Euro 25.00.
• The management reserves the right to ask a deposit of Euro 200.00 which will be refunded the day of departure.

In the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
